[SOLVED] My pc is making a weird noise

Hi guys, i would love some help with this. My pc is making a very weird sound from time to time i have opened my pc during the sound to see where it come from but i can't pin point it. I was hoping someone could recognise the sound and know where it is coming from. My pc i still working fine but i have a gut feeling it's my HDD wich is making the noise as it is very very old. I built my pc on my own thats also where my knowledge kinda ends.
