My PC is making unusual chirping sound

Hi , it's been 2 years since I built a ci5 3rd gen with Intel dh67cl motherboard and a cooler master all-in-one casing, psu and fan ! Me and my cousin both bought almost at same time just a difference of a month which my cousin bought a month earlier. We both have same specs though I got a 8 gigs of ram now (before 4gb) and he got a graphics card now and he is running fine with everything but my pc is making an unusual sound ! Like the one a slippery sound of chir chirrr and I also stopped my cpu fan but still my pc makes that noise which is very annoying and my cousin told me to chill and relax but am not okay with that ! And please don't tell me to replace my PSU I cannot afford it right now and so I will not be able to change it for next 6 or 7 months ! Help.

Take the side cover off your case, get a empty paper towel roll put one end up to your ear and use the other end to find the noise, a good place to start is going to be your hard drive. That should let you isolate the noise.

I actually did that before posting my problem and I don't think that my hdd is making noise because when the pc is on and I put a paper rolled to my ear and hdd the sound felt like it's away (not somewhere in hdd) but when I switch from hdd to the motherboard side then the sound gets louder ! I even cleaned the heat sink and fans but havent checked PSU yet but the sound is coming from near processor and my PSU is away from processor thought sometimes my pc acts normal and sometimes this happens !!!
