Update your post to include full system hardware specs and OS information.
Provide more details explaining the problem and what has been tried thus far to resolve the problem.
Post images etc. here via imgur (www.imgur.com).
it just beeps once with no display and fans and other components shut off but power light is onI deleted the YouTube video because it was not clear nor helpful.
Full system hardware specs and OS information?

When do the beeps occur?
Describe the beep pattern.
E.g. 1 short, 1 long, 1 short & repeats. Or stops?
Any LED's lit: which ones, color, flashing, etc..
What has been tried thus far to resolve the problem(s)?
It is more of a longer beep. And the light is because I plugged the cable in the desktop and means its receiving powerSystem specs?
Here is why system specs are important.
Single beep:
https://www.techtarget.com/whatis/definition/beep-code#:~:text=A beep code is the, wrong with the computer hardware.
From the link:
"A beep code is the audio signal from a computer when it first powers on to give the Power-On Self-Test (POST) result. Typically, one short beep means that it passed the test successfully or a series of beeps means that something is wrong with the computer hardware."
A single beep means that all is well.... a single beep would not be weird.

Which power light - where?
If you are not sure where then that is the time to take a couple of photographs of the light you are seeing and then posting the photographs here via imgur (www.imgur.com).
It doesn't use a psu. It just uses a cable to the wall. It looks like this. What cable? I expect that you mean the power cable....
In any case a "receiving power" is not really helpful. PSUs provide three different voltages (3, 5, and 12) to varying system components.
So some lights could be on and other lights not on. Either way likely to indicate some problem.
There can also be a Q-code LED that displays a two digit error code.
As for a longer beep - one long beep then. Could be a matter of perception.
A single beep again may simply be "all is well"
Google "beep codes" and look for the meaning of one long beep with respect to the motherboard's make and model.
No way to really help here without knowing system specs etc...
not sure but I do know the specsWhat model is that HP all-in-one system?
Not helpful. There should be a label on the back/bottom of the device. Even CPU-Z (mainboard tab) may identify it.not sure but I do know the specs
i5-4590t
12gb ram (8x4)
1tb hdd

I cant turn on the Computer so how am I supposed to do a diagnosticGo here: https://support.hp.com/us-en/document/c04852497
Near the bottom of the page is something called "Try one of our automated tools or diagnostics". Have you tried anything like this to test your system?
The picture you posted was showing an image, so I assumed you got it up and running to an extent.I cant turn on the Computer so how am I supposed to do a diagnostic
Lol I just a picture of Google because I was tryna fix it. But did change the hdd with sdd still didn't work. The picture you posted was showing an image, so I assumed you got it up and running to an extent.
Given the age of this system, and that it is an all-in-one, I am surprised it lasted this long.
One long beep is often associated with some sort of memory error.
If you remove the SSD, will the system boot into the BIOS? When you swapped storage devices, did this error begin?Lol I just a picture of Google because I was tryna fix it. But did change the hdd with sdd still didn't work.
I think its the cpu's integrated graphics not working so I will just get a new i5 4570s
Nope still wont boot if I remove it. This problem started when I was trying to clean the fan. *Keep in mind I own this for 9 years*If you remove the SSD, will the system boot into the BIOS? When you swapped storage devices, did this error begin?
Time to take to a shop, I'm afraid. AIO systems are really like big laptops and working inside of them carries higher risk than with a more common desktop PC. You likely dislodged something inside the system.Nope still wont boot if I remove it. This problem started when I was trying to clean the fan. *Keep in mind I own this for 9 years*
