my pc is messed up

i returned from a 10 day travel and when i returned my pc was completely messed up for no reason. everything was lagging. nvidia drivers were restarting again and again and the system crashed multiple times. i can only run safe mode. what should i do?
pc specs: "powerful" desktop pc
intel celeron GPU G1620 @ 2.7 GHz 2.69 GHz
6gb RAM
8-bit
nvidia geforce gt 610
kappa i already did a hardware update and it did nothing

Try running with the gt 610 out and using only the igpu on the G1620?

What the cpu/gpu temp?

this week is windows updates Tuesday, it is just doing windows update?
