My PC is missing hid compliant game controller

My controller (ds4) doesn't work and i don't see hid compliant game controller in device manager. I tried it with DS4Windows but it didn't recognize and tried it with another ds4 controller. If i plug in my controller it just shows a flashing yellow light.
