My pc is not booting after overclock

I tried to overclock my ryzen 3 1300x to 3.7ghz and now my pc wouldn’t boot, all of the fans and lights is working but there is nothing on the screen. Plz help me and tell me if more info is needed.

On page 16 of the manual they describe a jumper labelled JBAT1: Clear CMOS (Reset BIOS)
All you have to do it short that for about five seconds with a jumper, it's located near the bottom of the x16 PCIe slot, you'll have to get the video card out to short across the two pins .

Thanks for the answer, here is my specs: AMD Ryzen 3 1300X. MSI A320M Grenade Socket-AM4. 8 gb ram. Seagate Barracuda 1TB 3.5'' HDD. MSI GeForce GTX 1050Ti 4GB Aero ITX OC. Cooler Master MasterBox Lite 5.
