Question My pc is not downloading with the same speed on all of the softwares

when i try to download from mega.co.nz it downloads fine with the whole speed but when i try to download any thing from chrome or eagle get it only download with 200kb from 1mb

the speed on all the sites is low except mega.nz.co

Different servers/sites/locations will have varying download performance. Also, ISPs may limit the download speed of some sites as well.

well it was downloading with the max speed on all sites but now the only site that download with max speed is mega.nz.co

Have you scanned your system for malware/viruses recently? Have you installed any new programs/applications since this problem started?

well i have scanned it only with windows defender
and yeah it started after installing a new software but i uninstalled it and scanned
