My PC is not loading properly

I have these parts:
GTX 970 4G MSI
3570k OC'd at 4.2
8 GB of 1600 ram
My boot drive is Kingston ssd
And I have a WD blue 1 TB for storage.


When I start my PC I get past my motherboard load screen and then it suddenly starts flashing gray constantly. Possibly windows 10?

*EDIT*
Took my GPU out and it loaded fine, but then I put it back in and it still worked.

You probably didn't have the card fully seated, or one of the cables was not seated correctly.
