[SOLVED] My Pc Is Not Runnig Games Well

Heyy Guys So I had Built My pc about a year ago out of parts from other computers for me to play games the only thing i had bought was my GPU so it seems as tho i can not run games like bf4 or bf3 even tho i meet min requirements to do so i have tried to run many games and all i get is low fps and big frame drops even sometimes with games i get like 40 to 60 fps and i still get crapy stutters and stuff i have tried to turn power to high performance and i have also set windows 10 to performance i have even gone out of the way and disabled hyper-v and sensor data and even sys main which is the new name for super fetch cause it was consuming alot of CPU usage and ram usage and a lot of disk space usage and when i power a game up to try and see if it will run i disable windows update temporally to get an extra boost i have tried many games i even tried black ops 3 fortnite overwatch ark dying light 7 days to die titaanfall 2 rainbow six siege dota counter strike world of warcraft the witcher 3 etc but all i get is choppy low fps even tho with some of these games i meet min requirements so what im asking is what is wrong with my pc and what can i do to fix it an also i cant afford to buy a new pc or parts right now so i half to do with what i got but if you guys can also tell me what i can run that is popular for fps games or just any game like anything i have had such a hard time with this and have googled and tried my hardest to fix it so here are my pc specs as follows and also thank you guys for helping

Maybe a wild guess but your Cpu is probably getting too hot to be Stable and efficient. You should try to undervolt it with AMD Overdrive if you can. Yes I meant reduce the voltage of your Cpu. I did it with a Phenom II X4 955 BE and got 4k point more Overall on 3dmark's Sky dive it really did the job (passed from 10k to 14k scores) Sometime less is more....
