My PC is not starting even after successful boot.What should i do?

From the begining itself,my Desktop has this problem of restarting just after boot up.Initially I thought it is because of faulty bios,so I replaced my Mobo with Gigabyte GA Z68 UD3R. Even then I found the problem still existing and it even got worst. I even changed my power supply with a 650 watt corsair PSU but all efforts failed. I tried cross compatibility of CPU's with my friend who has similar configuration and found that my CPU works fine with his MOBO and his CPU works fine with my MOBO. I even tried his Cooler master hyper txt evo cooler on my CPU but with no result.Can anyone help?

Go to Bios and disable Onboard Video.
Might want to reset Bios pages related to HDD

i flashed the bios and problem solved....might just because of faulty bios update
