CPU: Intel Pentium G3258 3.2 Ghz
GPU: Gigabyte 1050
PSU" Evga 500w
So my PC does start up and it shows the Windows 8 logo loading and then after that it just shows a gray screen. I opened up the PC and replugged everything in and it is still the same. The only thing is that the fans of the GPU stop spinning. Anyone know what's happening?

While the 500W EVGA units aren't great, they should be plenty capable for that system.

Sounds like the problem is after you boot into Windows - indicating a software problem.
Trying forcing reboots, interrupting the boot process (as soon as you see the W8 logo, force a reboot/shutdown). Interrupt 3 times and you should enter the recovery environment allowing your to enter safe mode (Automatic Repair > Advanced > Troubleshoot > Safe Mode).

Do you reach the desktop under these circumstances?
