[SOLVED] My pc is not working

I just assembled mono cpu cpu fan psu and gpu card and ram but it is not working
Th e cpu fan not running ,gpu fan run 2 sec and stop when I turn on .psu fan work very well.green light as normal on mobo.no boot ,.
The mobo asush81m plus
Cpu Intel core i3 4 gen
Gpu dont have any pci 6 socket
Ram 8gb
Psu aerocool m x 500a
I want to ask which component is dead

check for bend pin on the motherboard socket?
test with the gpu out and only with igpu?
is this in a case?

Check if 4 pin CPU power cable connected.

I checked the 4 pin of fan header is good. And I plugged cpu 4 pin already

When I turn off the psu by button. The cpu fan spin 1/2 second( 0.5 round) and stop

If connecting the CPU fan to a case fan header and a case fan to the CPU fan header, what happens?

I don’t use the case fan and when I change cpu fan to chassis fan header it work the same way

It might be a short, a power supply, or a board issue. Try testing the board outside the case and, if same, testing different power supply.

MY psu is 500 w and new. I think supply only for fan it is ok
