Question My PC is Overheating

Hello my PC has been overheating despite having cooling. I am uncertain what to do as it reaches 90 Degrees Celsius. Thank you for helping me.

Can you please list your full system specs, cpu, gpu, motherboard etc and what cpu cooler are you using?

Is the cooler installed properly ? Are the fans turning ? Can you hear the pump ? Is it overclocked ? Give us some info if you can.
