Question MY PC is performing below expectations?

MSI B450 Tomohawk Max
Ryzen 5 3600
Corsair Vengeance Pro 16GB RAM
MSI RTX 2070 TriFrozr

I did a quick UserBenchmark test on my PC to see how it was performing. These are my results :

It says my PC is underperforming, I have no idea why this could be. I ran this test with just a Chrome browser opened, I have checked the RAM is in the correct slots. All seems to be fine but I still got under par results, anyone have any ideas? Thank you

ram not running at 3200 and the cpu is not turbo boosting, check cpu temp

Your ram is running at the default speed of 2133.
You need to bump that up to 3200.
Look in the bios for docp.

Not sure about the CPU boosting or how it works, but the CPU temp is pretty good, under heavy load it sits at mid to high 50's, sometimes wonders into the 60's but rarely.
