Question My pc is performing below expectations

The maximum achievable fps is set by the cpu and while the 3800x is a very good cpu there are many CPU’s now that can give 10-20% more FPS.

Your userbenchmark scores look ok. Your results will be compared to people who are overclocking or running PBO on the cpu. I’d switch on PBO for the cpu assuming temperatures are good. As for overclocking the gpu you can do but personally I find the small gain is not worth the extra heat and noise.

My specs:
GPU: GIGABYTE AORUS RTX 3070 TI MASTER
CPU: RYZEN 7 3800X
RAM: CORSAIR DOMINATOR 32GB DDR4 3200MHZ
MTB: NZXT N7 B550
PSU: NZXT C750
MONITOR: ALIENWARE 240HZ 1080P

Am getting low fps in games and after I ran a benchmark it said that my pc is performing below expectations.

Looks like you could be a little behind with the bios.
Go to the mobo site and get the latest.
While your there also see if you need to update the chipset driver.
