[SOLVED] My Pc is performing way below expectations (20th percentile)

I went to UserBenchmark to see why I was having so many FPS issues in ALL my games, and this is what I got: https://www.userbenchmark.com/UserRun/14145921.

Case is Fractal Design MiniATX tower, I have two fans in the front and 1 in the back, and the CPU is liquid cooled

might be a bit late, but try reinstalling windows, it might be bloatware that's gimping your performance.
with that case and cooling there shouldn't be any significant temperature issues, but do check just in case.

Hi.If You still havent fixed this problem i came with an idea.I had the same issue but i resolve it by changing the cooler with a powerful one (just liked 10$ difference between their praces).Hope i helped You .
