My pc is really bad after reinstall on windows!(HELP)

Hello,

So after a reinstall on windows my pc has turned really bad in frame rate and my every games stutters including minecraft.

My pc was working fine after the reinstall it went bad.
I have all drivers and reinstalled them.
I have got a pc man to look into it but he could not help.

Here are my specs.
Geforce GTX980
Intel i7-4790k CPU 4.00GHz, 4001 MHz, 4 cores
Motherboard Asrock 297x killer
8 installed Physical memory ram
100GB SSD & 1.8 Hardrive
CX750M Wats

So yeah hope i could get this fixed!

Windows 10 64 bit and i have reinstalled it a couple of times

well the first thing i would do is throw away that tier 4 corsair CX POS power supply. Next did you go to each of your parts manufacture and download the newest drivers for your computer, or just install them off the cd that came with them? Did you read your manual to see in which order to install said drivers.

i beleive tht u have upgraded from 7/8 to 10...
is anything overclocked???
use sumthing like driver booster...

How many cores does task manager show?
Should be 8 logical cores.
