my pc is rebooting CPU temperature, power supply, or gpu temperature?

hi, i runned userbenchmark and my pc is shutting down, my cpu reach like 85 or more temperature but turn off too on only gpu benchmark such like 3dmark, what is, cpu or gpu ?

How about you provide your full system specs for all components. And also whats the temp of your gpu when it fails, since you provided the cpu already.

reboot in the middle of the benchmark, like 90c, intel i3 4160, power supply of 400w generic not 80 plus, gtx asus 750ti

ok your temps are terrible and a generic junk PSU doesn't help you.

As for why your temps are that high do you have case fans? how hot is the room? dusty case?

Any of your components at this point could be causing your problem. You need to get your temps down first. After that dump that junk PSU.

is the default cpu cooler, the case only 2 fans of 8cm, no dust, thinking on buy cpu cooler, or psu what u think ?

Your GPU should not be that hot, your CPU definitely. Replacing the CPU cooler will help but the GPU, how old is it?

the cpu 2 years, do u think that thermal paste sohuld reduce it or i should just go for a new cooler ?

yea before high cpu temp but not reboot, after the 7550ti rebboot, all the other same
