I was using Windows 10 for last few months & also facing random restart problem no matter i play games or browsing or its on idle state. sometimes restarts after few hours sometime after few minutes of starting windows. i thought it was hardware issue so in these last few months i have checked with different parts one by one & nothing solved my problem. I changed PSU , HDD to SSD, tried with other backup ,bla bla bla. I have also reinstalled windows 10 but nothing worked. Suddenly idea came to my mind & made dual boot my PC with Windows 7 along with Windows 10 recently & within the last 2 - 3 days of using windows 7 i did not face any single restart problem yet & its good for me. But my search is still going on. i am using AMD APU Series processor & NVIDIA GPU. Is there any issue with Windows 10 with APU & NVIDIA GPU?

My current specs:
MOTHERBOARD: Motherboard A68HM-S1 FM2+
PROCESSOR: AMD APU A8 7600
GPU : MSI GTX 1050 2GB DDR5
RAM: 2x 4 gb ddr 3 1600 fsb.
PSU: CORSAIR VS 550
SSD: KINGSTONE UV 400 120 GB
HDD: TOSIBA 1 TB
CABINET HAS A LED FAN, NON LED FAN AND 2 LED STRIPES.

Solution
I uninstalled all my Windows 10 Version 1709 & Windows 7 both . Reinstalled fresh windows 10 latest version 1803. Previously I had installed windows with Native IDE SATA MODE which was by default in my motherboard bios so this time I installed with AHCI SATA configuration. Now everything seems good with windows 10 also. I don't know if previously Native IDE SATA configuration had any issue with windows 10 or not but it was running fine with windows 7, but now with AHCI everything is perfect . :)

No it does not change and by the way motherboard is not even 1 year old. Restart happening only on windows 10. tried with windows 7 & running fine on windows 7 till now.
