thats my pc i built and i expected it to be running a lot better than it is. With nothing else running i only get 30 fps while playing h1z1? can somebody tell me why?

Is that the only game that has this issue? You need to test a few games to determine if it's really a problem with your system or game.

Yes, it hardly can run Cities Skylines also and CSGO sucks too.

If CSGO has issues there is something not right with those specs. Try running only with a single monitor attached. Did you get all the current drivers for the motherboard and video card?

I figured it out, it was just being bogged down because of drivers! sorry for your time but thank you so much for the help!
