[SOLVED] My PC Is running really slow lately, does someone know why?

I stopped using this PC for like 2 months because I was bored with the games that I had. I've found interest in gaming again and now my PC is running really slow. And if I remember right, my pc could handle most games with high fps before.

I was playing Destiny 2 recently and in the story mode, it was fine but once I got in a game with multiple players it started to lag like crazy. Could barely move my mouse!

Please help!

My specs:
GTX 1060 3GB
8gb RAM
Intel i5400 CPU 2.70 GHz

Use Task Manager and Resource Monitor to observe what your system is doing. First observe without gaming and then slide the window to one side and leave the window open. Then game.

Should be able to see where the bottleneck is occuring.

Is your drive filled up to much?
Is it an SSD?
