my pc is running slow

my pc config. is core i3 processor , 320GB HD, 3 GB RAM,
these all are properly working..but my pc becomes slow during when its running..and when we pluged in..then it is automatically work properly..wts the problm ? plz tell me

Little confusing there - do you mean a laptop that runs slow on battery but OK when plugged into the wall or do you mean wirelessly it's slow but OK when plugged into the router?

If it's a laptop, by default they are set to throttle down perfomance for battery life. Go into the power manager options and select it to run on full power on battery, see if that helps.

When you go wireless you have problems?
When you wired into the router you have problems?
What sore of problems? What slow down?
Do you have current up to date and RUNNING (i.e. didn't let it expire) antivirus?
Have you run Malwarebytes and comes up clean?
What sort of connection is it to your ISP?
What sort of router is it?
How many other people are using it at the same time?
How many other devices are wireless?
