Im running 30 fps on warzone with extreme fps drops and my pc used to be fine but i dont know whats wrong with it please anyone help?

Update the bios and then we will see what effect it has and then work from there.

Don't you have a local walmart/best buy/target that you could jump over to?

So ive tried playing games and when im playing warzone its unplayable like 40 fps and keeps dropping to below 5 all the time ive checked my performace and it says its using basically no gpy and small amount of cpu when for others i see it using 100 percent cpu and alot of gpu. While on warzone my gpu is being utilised by usually 0 percent when my cpu is also below 20?
