According to Userbenchmark, my PC is performing well below what it should be.
"Overall this PC is performing below expectations (25th percentile). This means that out of 100 PCs with exactly the same components, 75 performed better."
If at all, I'd appreciate any and all help anyone could give me.
Thanks in advance.

SORY I GAVE THE WRONG TEST RESULT LINK THIS IS THE REAL ONE-

There are several reasons why your system in underperforming...

-High background CPU usage. Make sure all programs that don't need to be open are closed while running the benchmark. If you've done this then scan the system for viruses/malware.

-GPU driver is old, updating may help.

-The memory needs to be in the A2/B2 slots on the motherboard and XMP needs to be enabled in the BIOS.

Try these suggestions and retest, post results.

What are your CPU and GPU temps? a few things to try
Download CCleaner and run "Registry"cleaner. Could be it is clogged with old and invalid files.
Download the free version from https://www.malwarebytes.com and run it. Something may have attached itself and is eating resources

Have you changed anything in Bios, your boost clock is non-existant, if so reset to default setting if you have an OC on CPU,GPU etc.
What does Taskmanager show for CPU and RAM useage?
Make, age and model of your PSU.

The more info the better.... userbenchmark is only very general and not a TRUE marker of PC performance but yours is in no-no land for sure.
