My PC is shutting down randomly while playing games after 5-10 minutes

Hello guys , here are my computer charecteristics : GPU : GeForce GTX 750 TI , CPU : Inter(R) Core (TM) i5-4440 CPU @ 3.10 GHz , 8GB RAM , MIcrosoft Windows 7 Ultimate 64 bit . Ok the problem first started while i was playing CS:GO, after 5-10 min of playing it the screen just froze and i had to restart the computer from the button . I tried 3-4 times and sometimes there was also a blue screen. I took my computer to IT specialist who told me that it was my energy supply or something i am not familiar with the terms (sorry for that ) i think it is called PSU , and so however he replaced it with new one and i had the same problem with CS and by the way the teperature was fine i checked it. Something to add is that for example League of Legends was working fine . Ok so on i took my computer to another IT specialist i he preinstalled my Windows and i was afraid to try CS:GO , so i started playing Witcher 3 and it worked fine , but i couldnot play CS:GO. OK the problem was fixed afrter the preinstalation and i had 2 months perfect time with my PC. After that i decided to download the SMITE game from steam and i played it like 2-3 days and the same problem started again . I cheked in forums for solution , i unistalled all my NVIDIA drivers and replaced them with an old version , also tried with the latest driver and no still the same issue . While i am on the internet there is no problem and please help me guys i want to play normaly. And to not have to preinstal my Windows every month. Help

appears Windows and power supply are ruled out. just leaves: RAM, CPU, GPU, hard disks, & motherboard.

if you have 2x 4GB sticks of RAM; try each stick separately in the 1st DIMM slot. the slots should be numbered on the motherboard.
if the problem still occurs with each stick separately it's more than likely not the RAM.
Windows also has built in memory testing options: http://windows.microsoft.com/en-us/windows7/diagnosing-memory-problems-on-your-computer. it's called Windows Memory Diagnostic Tool but i don't remember how to manually access it in Windows 7.

troubleshooting CPU & GPU can be more difficult. the best way is to try another CPU and/or GPU in your system. if the same problem occurs with another CPU than it points towards the GPU as the culprit. and vice-versa. but, if the same problem occurs with both the different CPU & GPU than it is most likely the motherboard.

another way to test the CPU is to run a CPU only intensive test. you can download programs that offer these like FurMark, it has a "CPU burner" option for stress testing the CPU. just search for a CPU stress test program online and download.
if the CPU is ruled out you can also download a GPU stress tester like FurMark and see if the problem occurs.

to test the hard disk drives you can also download drive test programs.

troubleshooting the motherboard is also difficult. again, the best way is to try another one in your system to see if the problem stops.

p.s. make sure any program you download is from a trusted source to avoid malwares.

And have you OC? If you have decrease the OC and ic you didnt Download a program like MSI AFTERBURNER and decrease the speed

what cpu cooler are you using ?
