My Pc Is Slow As Hell (MOBO Only Possible Issue)

I Have Had My Pc For 1 Year Now And For The Whole Time I have Had It I Have Been Trying To Fix My FPS Lag.

In My System I Have As Follows;
Gtx 770 4Gb (Gpu)
Amd A10 6800k (Cpu)
WD Black 2Tb (HDD)
16Gb DDR3 Vengence In Duel Channel (Ram)
Asus F2A55-M LE (MOBO)

The Ram Used To Be 8Gb Kingston In Single Channel And Seagate Drive (Slow As Hell). I Upgraded Both Of These Things But I Was Still Lagging. I Then Got Replacement Cpu And Gpu But That Did Not Help.

My Friend Is Running A Similar System But He Has A Amd A10 5800k And A Gtx 750Ti. He Is Also Running 8Gb Of DDR 3 In Single Channel.

He Gets About 20 More FPS Than Me This Is Why I Have Led Myself To Believe That It Is My MOBO At Fault.

Can Someone Please Tell Me If It Is Plausiable That My MOBO Is At Fault And If I Have Missed Anything Out While Checking For Faults.

P.S All Drivers Are Upto Date.

Have the latest BIOS? Mobo drivers? GPU drivers? What PSU? With your rig will want a good 600 with about 42AMPs on the 12 volt rail

all drivers for all components are updated. 650 watt psu max usage is 600 ish

Are both of you also using the same operating system? what about anti-virus software? In terms of raw specs your's is superior. What Temperatures and CPU/GPU usage percentages are you seeing while gaming. (GPU-Z can be used to see GPU temp's and utilization).

I also assume you are using a 64 bit version of Windows?

Running Same OS I Have Lower Temps Max Temps 85c On Both CPu And Gpu antivirus im running Bull Guard And He Is Running Advast.
