My PC is so Slow suddenly! HELP!

When I click on a folder it pops up in slow-motion for some reason and I have the same problem for games - tabs, in game etc. I didn't have my PC for awhile, but I put my 4 GB of RAM in, booted it up and now there's something wrong... My download speed is now 5MB/S, but it used to be 1.7MB/S MAX! HELP!

what RAM did you add? Did you add your old RAM from another PC into this PC? If you did, the slower timings on that RAM may be making the faster RAM down clock.

Look at your task manager, and see if your CPU or RAM is being maxed out.

The same old RAM, rebooted the PC - EVERYTHING IS FINE!
