My PC is so slower to start booting.

Hi! I have a MSI x370 gaming pro with a ryzen 1600, GTX 1070, and a 970 EVO from Samsung,

My issue is that when I press the start button, it lasts some time (like 15-20 seconds) to turn on my screen and show my windows logo.

I have tested some things and i have realised that if i turn on X-AMP it lasts longer to start loading windows.

So, my question is: is there anything that i can do to reduce the time that lasts in start loading win?

I remember reading about some msi boards having poor boot times but that was addressed with bios updates-is yours up to date?
