[SOLVED] my pc is stuck at 1024 x 768

i have a RTX 2070 Super, with a 1600 cpu running 16gb of ram. my pc was running slow so i decided to do a disk cleanup. it work all fine. after an hour i tried to get back on. My resolution was caped at 1024x768. i don't know what to do. windows and drives say they are up to date. 🙁

Download Geforce driver from Geforce.com/drivers. Run the clean install option in the driver installer.

If doesn't work, run DDU https://www.guru3d.com/files-details/display-driver-uninstaller-download.html in safemode to wipe drivers. Reboot and try again.

thank you for the suggestion but, turns out it was my monitor acting up. i just simply unplugged the power and plugged in back. and the resolution fixed its self. it took me hours to figure this out
