Question My pc is stuck at red light of cpu fans are rotating even of gpu

My pc is stuck at red light of cpu fans are rotating even of gpu . At my home my pc is connected to inverter ups plug this problem was started around 6-7 months ago my pc suddenly turned off in between the work and doesnt start. Then next day it started but between the game it again turned off itself. Now it doesnt start and stuck at red cpu light . It starts occasionally and turns off itself in between the game. It starts at night arount 1-2 am. It starts ats store and my friends home without any problem. I am unable to find problem please help.

pc starts after 15-20 min sometimes when remained on fans moving led lights on
