[SOLVED] My pc is stuck in boot

I built a new pc and it’s stuck in boot. It worked in bios, then I tried to set up windows 10, but it’s stuck in a boot screen with the motherboard logo. What do I do?

I7-9700k, Gigabyte aorus xtreme z390, evga SuperNova g3 psu, seagate barracuda 2tb, Corsair vengeance lpx 2x 16gb, msi GeForce 2070 armor graphics card 8gb ddr6, coolermaster case h500m, coolermaster masterliquid ml360r cooler, Samsung 970 evo 500gb ssd.

Try updating the board's BIOS, if newer version available.

This usually happens when there is a BIOS setting preventing the system from accessing your boot source. Most of the time, it's as simple as the wrong first boot device selected, so I would start with that.
