Question My pc is stuck while formatting

So i have a 250gb samsung ssd
A 1tb seagate hardrive and its almost full with only 80gb to spare
I recetly added a 2tb seagate baraccuda hdd
I only storred 2 files in the new hard drive
And i decides to format the whole system to get jt running brand new
It has been a solid 3 hours and its stuck at 6%
Should i just shut the pc down or wait for it ?

I just use the windows reset tool from settings is dat ok ? I just turned my pc off and on again and its now normal if i wany to clean my pc wat should i do now ?
