Question My PC is stuttering and lagging if I do anything, even when typing ?

Hello, I need help. I've tried every basic troubleshooting and I still have no luck

My PC suddenly started stuttering and lagging out of nowhere, my mouse cursor lags, even opening my file manager it lags, even when typing it lags. So I did basic troubleshoots. I reinstalled windows, updated drivers, i even changed my ram and GPU and its still the same.

Can an old CMOS Battery be the culprit? I haven't tried changing it.


Pc specs:
Ryzen 5 3600
16gb Ram
500gb ssd with 3tb of hard drive
Rx 6600

Im on windows 10 BTW

Unplug the hdd see if it makes a diff.

I tried that too and its still the same. Could it be my ssd then?

Using 'crystal disk info' post a screenshot for the ssd.
