My pc is suddenly underpreforming

Yesterday my pc was working totally fine. But when i switched it on the day afyer it was underperforming. On the benchmarktest i used to score 90-100percentnow im getting a score of 40-50 percent.i also updated all of my drivers for my cpu and gpu and made sure my software was up-to-date. But i only got a couple of percent more. Does anyone know whats the problem here?

On the userbenchmark it shows an alert that there is a lot of background cpu, i tried to fix this by going to settings-privacy-background apps and i switched it off but nothing changed
Does anyone know how to fix this problem?
