My PC is taking me to the BIOS settings screen automatically.

I just built my first PC and started it up and it takes me to this UEFI BIOS Utility screen that shows all the settings for my hardware and whatnot. When I try to save and exit, it restarts the computer and takes me right back around the UEFI BIOS Utility screen over and over and over again. I cant escape this. I just wanna start using my computer already. How do I start it up?

You might have to change some setting before proceeding. Can you let us know what components you built together? It may be a RAM refresh rate setting problem or something banal.

UEFI & BIOS Setup typically appear automatically when your PC can't boot properly until some configuration changes are made there.

CPU: 8th gen Intel i5
Hhd: Seagate 1tb
Ssd: Samsung 960 Evo internal
Memory: Corsair Vengeance 3000mh ddr4
GPU: I forget, but it's AMD i think

Well the RAM uses only 1,35V, that must be fine, and the motherboard supports its frequency as well. Sorry, I am out of ideas.
