My PC is to slow/5 min windows boot time

Hi i have problem with booting windows, my pc always take like 5 min to boot windows and then slow and a bit laggy screen for few seconds slow applications opening what should i do ?

MSI Z270 Krait Gaming
G.skill ripjaws 8GB (1x8)
Intel Core I5-7400
Cooler Master Masterwatt 500 lite
1 seagate barracuda 1.0TB
1 seagate barracuda 500GB
