I searched a lot on the internet, got no answer. I reached out to discord servers, but they just gave up. My fps in gmaes like warzone are around 70 at low graphics. I don't know what the problem is, but i think that my pc is underpeforming a lot based on the specs. My specs are
RTX 3090 GIGABYTE TURBO 24gb
Intel i9 10900
32gb(2x16) hyperx fury
ASRock Z490 Phantom Gaming-ITX/TB3
And 400 gb samsung m.2 ssd.
I am ready to answer any question so just ask me. I would also really know a soulution to this because this pc costed a lot.

It looks like your RAM is not running to stated speeds. Go into your BIOS and enable XMP to get your RAM running at correct speeds. This will make a difference in your performance. If you don't know how, check your manual online or just do some quick search on how to enable in your BIOS.

What resolution you running at?? I'm hoping with a 3090, you are running at minimum 2K but more likely a 4K setup. If running at 1080p, the card is doing little to no work and it falls more on your CPU (3090 is a waste for 1080p, IMO).

Sadly, i am running full hd. I have misstaken that there is something wrong with the gpu. Nyways, i enabled XMP some minutes ago. I've searched around for hours to try and fix this problem. I dont want to play a game that runs so badly when i payed with so much money.

Might have to manually lower the frequency. Probably got some bad RAM. Replace it if you can.
Agree... or it could be a PSU issue, as you didn't list the PSU you are using for the 3090.

If the issue of blue screen happens when gaming, my guess is either PSU is not up to powering the 3090 or you have a temp issue that once you hit load the temps cause the system to crash.

Ive tried to take the fan speed to max and the gpu reaches the temp of 60 in benchmarking. But where do i check what psu i got?
