[SOLVED] My PC is underperforming badly.

So recently I wanted to download The Elder Scrolls Online and my computer starting lagging like crap! Disk usage was at 100%, folder names disappeared everything went crazy.
It gets worse everyday and the only idea I have is that my HDD is growing old(It's 4 years old now). I'm open for any suggestions.

PC specs:
mobo: H61M-VG3
CPU: i3-3240
GPU: ASUS Expedition GTX 1050 ti
PSU: CoolerMaster B500 V2
RAM: 8GB DDR3 1333 Mhz
HDD: 2TB toshiba

I think there's a good chance you are right.
Now sounds like a great time to buy an SSD.
