I recently build a gaming pc. These are my specs.
Ryzen 5 2600
Amd radeon asus strix rx 580
A320M-S2H
Corsair VS550
2x8 gb ram ddr4 vengeance
Case=aerocool cyclon mini

The gpu and ram were bought used.
I am playing ac unity and get 50-60 fps on high and stutters in heavy area's, while other with the rx 580 can run it on ultra with 70+fps and no stutter. I have the drivers installed and have stopped windows from updating automatically.
Anyone know what to do?

Well you have a vs series power supply, they are known to be pretty crap.
Your 580 is a power hungry beast, and i wouldn't really count on a low power supply like that to power such rig.
I would say that is your problem right there.
Plus how is your temps doing? CPU/GPU?

a good 550W should do, 500 is MINIMUM though. I would get a good 650W just to be safe. Seasonic brand is usually good.

550 should be enough, but you are using the most crappy power supply on earth right now.
The vs series power supplies is known to have a lot of problems.
If you don't believe us, search around about the VS series power supplies.
the cx and vs are about the same quality, but they're both very low quality, so best avoid them (The 2018 cx series ones is much better than both of them)
