My PC is Underperforming and I dont know whats causing it to do so. I ran multiple tests and they all say that my pc is underperforming. Here are some screenshots of the test I ran in UserBenchmark. Do i need to buy a new CPU? I dont know what the problem is.

To check the load I use the task manager and the drivers. Either alt-tab out or set them up on a second screen. Play a game. You should be able to see the percentage load for both. It's probably easier to just do this however.

User benchmark? Sigh. Please use a real/better problem like 3dmark.

My first thought is you have a first gen Ryzen. So I'd make sure that all the updates for everything are there. Make sure you are on the newest bios and all fixes/patches are there. Second, what are the clock speeds for the CPU and GPU? What is the temp and load info while gaming? What are the FPS you are seeing in some games? This is real data that we can work with.

Everything is up to date my cpu clockspeed is 3400mhz and gpu clockspeed is 1845mhz when playing battlefield 1 on ultra and i get around 60 - 80 fps. On Gta V with a mix of ultra - normal settings I get the same amount of FPS sometimes it drops below 60 to 50 - 55.

Youtube? I don't trust that. Lets try a real review.

Should be around 100FPS at 1080 with very high settings. So the question is what makes you get 40% less. 50-60C temps for CPU and GPU should be fine. What is the load for them both? Vsync off? Drivers and game patched/up to date?

Vsync is off i updated my drivers game is up to date. What do you mean with the load how do i see that? (Sorry for late reply i was kinda bussy with school ;p )

Just FYI,
I have a 3700x and an MSI RTX 2060 Super Armor OC .
I don't play online games But in single player AAA games get anywhere from 85-90 fps (AC Origins, AC Odyssey) to 350-400 fps (Metro Last light Redux).

So IMO it all depends on what game you play as to how well your PC will perform.
Online games all tend to be less well optimized and drop significant fps in highly populated fights/scenes.

PS
Using MSI Afterburner to OC your GPU can definitely help impprove it's performance.\
I personally have multiple OC profiles in Afterburner for my 2060 Super and it makes a difference in Benchmarks and in more demanding games.
