My PC is very loud

Ok, so I recently got my new PC. Here are the specs
GPU: GTX 960
CPU: AMD FX-8320
This is all I found incredibly relevant.
Now, no matter what I do, from surfing the Internet to playing PC-Light games like CSGO, my computer sounds like a vacuum. Keep in mind, I did custom build this. All of the heat sinks and fans are standard. The thing is just monstrously loud, to the point where, on team speak, I had to set voice detection to midway so I don't annoy people with how incredibly loud my computer is.

Solution
In your BIOS, you may find that your CPU fan has been set to DC, when if it's a four pin fan, it should be set to PWM. You can also change the fan setting from 'turbo' to 'normal'. As long as you're not overclocking (which wouldn't be advisable on a stock fan anyway), then you'll be fine.

Your motherboard owners manual should help you in navigating the menus if you're not familiar with them.

Go to your BIOS and change the fan speed settings.

Thank you. After running MSI afterburner, I discovered my fan speed defaulted to 100% for whatever reason.
