Well there ya go .... problem identified .... you have a borked Windows Update .....happened in March, May and again in August

Reinstall should do...
Can you hit ctrl-alt-del and enter Task Manager, go into Performance and tell me how much RAM is filled up. Also, did you buy or build this computer?

It is probably a virus so I would track it down in task manager and see what is boggling performance, and locate the source files of that task. Terminate the task and wipe out the files.

the ram is 19%
and i build it
i scan for virus there is nothing

its TiWorker.exe Windows Modules Installer Worker14.3%
and
taskhost.exe Host Process for Windows Tasks14%
its lagging again !!!

When you open Windows normally, is it slow before you launch any programs?

some times is slow
and some times not!

update the graphic card and windows update !
if nothing happend ask them
just trying to help ..

When you experience slow downs, do you notice the drive light stay solid on your case?

no i didnt
but in the task manger its form 36% to 13% its not stable !

its 3940.01mhz
yes i did

Sounds like it is potentially a virus issue. Can you do a full Windows reinstall?

Otherwise this could be anything. Some good tests for hardware are as follows:

- Try removing 1 stick of RAM, assuming you have two, it could be a memory issue.
- Try removing your GPU and using your onboard (fully remove the card from the board and all power cables).
- Try using a different PSU if you have access to one.

For me, in the past, these have been a quick way to solve hardware issue at work and at home.

Let us know if you have any success.

i did a full Windows reinstall
the fps now is great but my pc still slow 🙁!
