Question My pc isn’t able to boot past the motherboard logo, and i cannot tell what the problem is.

I walked away a from my computer for a few hours on a game and when i can back it said preparing automatic repair. i thought it would fix itself and it never did. i recently got windows on a usb thinking the windows files were corrupted on my old ssd, and that wasn’t the problem. so i got a new ssd, and tried to put windows on it thinking the old one was screwed up. didn’t do a single thing. i don’t know if it’s realty ram, or a screwed up motherboard, or a screwed up hard drive. i don’t understand why it was working hours before and then when i come back it’s ruined. please help!

ryzen 5 3600, geforce rtx 2070 super, gigabyte aorus b450 wifi, 32 gigs of 3000mhz ram from oloY, and rosewill 500 watt psu. 500 watts is enough for what i have. i’m guessing it’s the ram but idk.
