Ok so I have an issue with my Pc I Built my PC a year ago I haven’t had any issues until now I took my PC to my brothers and we were watching Hulu and it was storming and we heard a loud boom And Lightning had struck one of the transformers and power surge to the whole house And now my PC won’t boot It keeps going in a constant boot loop don’t know what could be the issue I really hope it’s the power supply

Solution
The PSU is obviously taking the greater punch. However it cannot be completely ruled out that mainboard or other parts has not being suffering for excessive over voltage.
