Question My PC isn’t working

I dropped my phone on top of my cpu PC then the monitor turned static. I tried turning it off and on it didn’t work. Now it will turn on but doesn't connect, my usbs aren’t working. The fan will go crazy loud. Could have something disconnected within? Is there something I can do easily or is it best if I take it to a repair shop? Pls help Link any yt videos.

It fell on top of the cpu where the cd disk is and I would say about not more than a foot. It won’t connect to the monitor it’ll say no signal.
