Question My PC isn't showing boot menu

So I just attached my old laptops hard drive to my recent PC and somehow I don't know my PC takes a few minutes to start. but it always showed the startup screen (Mine's ASUS TUF) and now it doesn't. So, I can't config my motherboard or other things manually. I have formatted my laptops hard drive then attached it. What might be the problem here? and is there anyway to fix this?

Sorry for not replying sooner. It's a PC and I fixed the problem that day just by removing the HDD. I didn't need that so wasn't much of a big deal. but thank you for the concern
