My pc isnt turning on help plz

Ok last night pc acting kinda weird cuz my wireless mouse wasnt working so i turn of my pc using keyboard. The next day i turn on my pc and isnt powering on. So i thought it was my psu so i tested with the paperclip and the fan does turn on. Any advice to how i check what is broken in my pc? Thanks

just the fact that your Power supply is turning on it's fan does not mean it's not failing elsewhere IE* Aux cpu power, PCI-E aux power SATA power Ect
if you have the funds buy a new PS test it and see if that work if it doesn't then look elsewhere and return the power supply
