My PC isn't waking up after mouse or keyboard click after installing new motherboard with the same windows, it turns on just fine with the actual power click from sleep.

Using the same Windows installation that you had with the old motherboard?

Fresh install of Windows is generally required after change of motherboard, even for Win10.

It runs perfectly right now besides a few tiny bugs there and there, any reason i should get a fresh windows install besides that?

It it most likely a setting in your new motherboard's bios. Search for the Advanced / APM Settings and make sure
that "Deep S4" is set to disabled. Hope that helps!
