Question My PC just started randomly turning off every five or ten minutes: Could the power supply be failing or do they just fail 100% and are dead?

I checked the CPU fan it and it's turning.

How do you debug this type of thing?

I checked the system events and the last message is just "power failure."

Sometimes they fail all at once...other times their performance suffers and causes crashes.
What are your system specs?
What model PSU? How old? What GPU?
