Question my pc keep freezing when i copy any file to my internal hdd

dont have any idea, my hdd model is toshiba DT01ACA200.
My pc also freezing when i chk dsk this hdd

Is your HDD full? You should try and keep 15-20% of yoru HDD/SSD free otherwise you get issues like this.

Also use a utility to check for sector re-allocation count, if the count is climbing, trouble is brewing.

Not full,still have 60% free space
